Return and Exchange Policy

AMEL BATITA has a return policy of 14 days:

You have 14 days to return your package from the date of receipt of the order. The order can be either exchanged or refunded. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, unused, unwashed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method. After a first exchange or refund, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund for your order. Any reservations about the condition of the products (e.g., damaged or opened package) must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order. If you have any doubts about the condition of your product, do not hesitate to write to us at contact@amelbatita.com

How?

1. Contact

Contact AMEL BATITA by email at contact@amelbatita.com to make your request and be sure to provide your order number and whether you would like a refund or to exchange your item. We will then provide you with the address to return the package.

2. Shipping

Next, choose your shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method.

3.a. Refund

It will be processed upon receipt of the package within 10 business days, after examination of the items. The item must have been returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, unused, unwashed.

3.b. Exchange

After verifying the item, we will send you the new item requested, which you have expressly requested by email, within 5 business days, subject to available stock.
